Elite Student Athletes grew out of my own family’s experience navigating the recruiting journey. I’m a proud mom of two student-athletes and am currently going through the high school recruiting process with my son. As part of that journey, I built his recruiting website so college coaches could easily view his skills, stats, videos, and accomplishments all in one place — giving him a single link he could confidently share in emails and on social media.

Over the past year, we’ve received numerous compliments from college coaches and recruiters about his site — including one who told us, “This is the best recruiting website I’ve seen.” Hearing how coaches responded to a clear, organized website confirmed how valuable this approach can be during the recruiting process.

What qualifies me to build recruiting websites?

I bring together two worlds: real recruiting experience and professional marketing expertise. I’ve spent years working in the corporate world as a marketing professional specializing in website design, digital strategy, and storytelling. Combining that experience with my firsthand knowledge as a sports parent felt like a natural next step.

Why did I start Elite Student Athletes?

Simply put — I reached a point where I wanted to step away from corporate work and focus on something that genuinely helps families like mine. I love the creative process of designing something new, but even more, I enjoy working with young athletes and helping them take control of their recruiting journey.

A recruiting website does not guarantee that an athlete will be recruited. However, it gives college coaches a clear, organized place to quickly view an athlete’s skills, stats, videos, and accomplishments. Coaches review hundreds of players, and having everything available through one simple link makes it much easier for them to evaluate and remember your athlete.

Recruiting platforms and showcase events can provide valuable exposure, but many athlete profiles and performance metrics are locked behind logins or paid subscriptions. A personal recruiting website allows coaches to instantly access everything they need without needing to access another platform.

Many athletes include their website link when emailing coaches, connecting on social media, and sharing information at camps or showcases. It provides a simple, professional way for coaches to learn more and follow an athlete’s progress.

Each website is built for a flat rate with no hidden fees. During our Discovery Call, we’ll review the pricing structure, answer any questions, and walk through exactly what’s included.

Maintenance and annual renewal options are simple and straightforward, and everything is explained clearly before we begin.

We will send you a questionnaire to complete with all required information.

Photos can be uploaded to the questionnaire and should be provided in high resolution JPG format. We will do minor edits to photos such as cropping and filter enhancements.

Videos can be shared as YouTube or Vimeo links, or as short MP4 files if they’re already edited and ready to go.

Once we receive your photos, video links, and completed questionnaire, your website will typically be completed within 2–3 weeks.

It is very important to keep your website up to date with your latest metrics, highlight videos, height, weight, and even your GPA. Simply email us with what you would like to update or add, and we will schedule the changes as soon as possible.

We offer monthly or annual website maintenance options to cover these types of updates.

We recommend athletes keep their websites active for as long as they are playing. Especially with the increasing popularity of transferring during a college career, it’s important to maintain a consistent online presence.

If you no longer need your website, simply let us know and we will take it down. If you would like to keep the site for the future — or as a keepsake — we can easily transfer ownership of the website to you.
